About

Leigh on Sea based artist Abi Huxtable works primarily in painting, as well as drawing, assemblage, and photography. Abi studied a BA (Hons) in Photographic Art from the University of Wales, Newport in 2000 and went on to work in the commercial photographic industry for fifteen years as a digital retoucher. In 2015 Abi returned to school to pursue art, obtaining an HNC in Fine Art from Kensington and Chelsea College, and then an MA in Painting from the Royal College of Art in 2017.
